In addition, categorically prohibits the sale of meat of marine predators, as well as exports or imports. Earlier, in 1993, has already introduced new operators for automatic doors and a ban on catching sharks bearded gear, but this measure proved ineffective.

It also reported that a total ban on fishing of sharks in the Bahamas was introduced after the largest local producer of seafood, “Sankoh” has announced its plans several times to increase exports to Hong Kong shark fin, which are considered a delicacy.

As we learned from official sources, such categorical measures taken in order to maintain a significant population of sharks that are alive, “landmarks” Bahamas. Many snorkellers come here just to participate in a very extreme kind of rest – “diving with the sharks.” It should be noted that the Bahamas – not the first state ban on its territory, catching sharks. In 2010, a similar bill was approved in Honduras in early 2011 – in the Maldives and Palau archipelago, and in June the Mexican government banned the catching of sharks during the spawning season – that is, every year from May to August.

Indeed, in recent times, there are many examples to support this view. For example, instructors diving schools “Dayvhert”, which is located in the U.S. state of Illinois, recently noted significant improvements in health status 19-year old boy, John Harris, who was paralyzed half of his body.

The teachers are absolutely sure that it will become the diving medicine that will help young people overcome illness.

John Harris confined to a wheelchair since 2010 – that’s when he fell from off-road motorcycle and broke several lumbar vertebrae. The accident occurred during an amateur tournament, and since then the guy’s parents have used every opportunity to improve the condition of her son. And the best option was found.

In the diving school “Dayvhert” in a special class for people with disabilities, the youth completes the course for novice divers and dive performs with her sister Ashley. “We have no doubt that diving will help restore the health of John, – said the head with confidence in the Illinois School of Jim Elliot – Because it is due to diving confidence felt dozens of our other students.”

More recently, international experts in the field of tourism said that the resorts of Egypt, in connection with recent political upheaval, would lose popularity among tourists a year, and even more. However, it appeared that the Egyptian resorts were equally popular. For example, the well-known among the diving in Sharm El-Sheikh, according to rankings published by respected British portal “Chipflayts”, this year was in seventh place in the top ten favorites in the field of diving tourism. As indicated by the rankings, Sharm El-Sheikh attracts divers not only rich in marine life and excellent service, and democratic prices. While exploring Sharm El-Sheikh you should also explore the exchange hosting providers that can better server you.

It is very interesting for both beginners and experienced divers for the flora and fauna of the Red Sea. When covered here you can see beautiful coral reefs, as well as many varieties of rare enough marine life: fish, clown, reef sharks, moray eels and much more.
In addition, in the waters of Sharm el-Sheikh, visitors can explore the place of accident, from small wrecks to motorcycles and even cars.

In the Egyptian resort town there are many good diving club, where everyone can be trained, to make the very first dive and get certified. Authors Portal also argue that in the future, the Sharm el-Sheikh will take an even more prominent position in the popularity rating among the world’s scuba diving resorts.

The American state of Florida for several decades been a leader among home health companies Naples and the most attractive diving areas. However, it must be noted that much of the coast of Florida were in demand thanks to the efforts of divers themselves.

The fact that these waters are not only natural but also artificial coral reefs that create the most enthusiastic divers, associates and members of the diving clubs.

For example, most recently in the waters near the city of Jacksonville have been created over sixty man-made coral reef. Such large-scalework was done by activists of amateur associations, “Jackson ofshour sports club phishing” and “Jacksonville skubanauts resetch note riff.” Thus, the divers managed to increase the population of the underwater inhabitants – now there are tens of new species of fish, shellfish, lobsters, crabs, shrimp, oysters and many other representatives of marine life. As the creators of artificial reefs, hard work is already producing results: the richness and beauty of local flora and fauna can attract hundreds of new Florida diving tourists.

Blue Silence is a company dedicated to the provision of subsea services and in the academic area, we are the main training school sport and professional divers, under the standards of the Navy of Chile, where our primary mission to provide quality services where they excel and professionalism, and in turn, can deliver enthusiasm and commitment with our expertise, advice and dissemination to commercial diving and sport throughout our country or anywhere where there is the possibility of entering the world of silence.

In organizing the ice diving is the two groups. The first group goes through the ice, while the second insures you upstairs. So take care not only about themselves, loved ones. Remember that people are not sturdy ice. Try to provide them with warm boots, preferably with studded soles, life jacket, mittens or gloves. After a thorough briefing. Remember that in their hands not just a safety end, and your relationship with the surface, your pointer to the path in the air.

Ice diving at the same time with the beauty and thrills has a strong psychological stress. When the educational or training dives under the ice, make sure that your partner has the necessary experience and qualifications to carry out such a dive. It is important to your inner psychological state of the Badi. If a person does not have the necessary experience, it is possible psychological breakdown in an irregular situation under water, and inability to appear on the surface can lead to an uncontrollable panic and negative consequences. Therefore, careful instruction, self study, discussion of possible non-standard situations will allow you and your buddy to make diving safer. Do not ignore the mandatory requirements. Do everything, even the smallest binding recommendations on equipment, gear and ensure their own safety.

Carefully follow the testing and mutual testing equipment. Remember to check the features of equipment in cold air. Check the completeness of the primary and standby equipment.

Your comrades in the group to ensure always help you to put on a heavy equipment and safely perform entry into the water. Remember that you are on a slippery surface nahodetes ice at you a lot of cargo and back-up equipment. Do not hesitate to ask for help on the ice in a group of software. Nasty fall or injury can not just cancel your upcoming dive, but in the worst case delay for a long time thereafter. Once again I repeat for the group and to ensure partner transmitted and received by the end of a safety signal. Make sure that everything is ready to begin diving and quietly enter the water the most injury-way. The easiest option is probably the one that will not allow the spray and do not flood the space around maynovoe water. I prefer to slide in Maine from a sitting position.

If you have an experienced partner zdravomyslyaschiy, it will not make a giant step on your head and do the same, safe entry into the water. No need to rush at once to sink. Check again whether the insurance is not confused the end, take, pick up the correct amount of cargo. Remember that a dry suit, the cold water and under-ice diving will require a larger quantity of goods than usual.

Why do I bring a focus on surface preparation and verification? In the under-ice diving, if you are negligent attitude to regulations and standards, you risk not only spoil your dive, but the risk of his life and that of his partner. Therefore, training should always be careful and unhurried. If you have forgotten that one of the necessary equipment and supplies, it is best not to risk it and put an immersion in next time.

And the beginning of the dive. Look up. Surprise and delight, from which pure water can be in our lake. Then come back and you’ll hear delight your friends, who stood on the ice, saw the light of lamps under water at depths of 12-15 meters. Water clarity is really amazing. Another would be a bit of sunshine and we could say that we in the Red Sea. In any case, transparency is not worse than in the Black Sea and Mediterranean. Gradually gaining depth. Turn on the lights, but they almost do not need. Visibility at 5 plus. There’s just the sunlight. We pass by familiar landmarks, and go out on a flooded bus. Now, with the clear water can be seen that it is covered with particles is not mud, and then some peat and algae. Light in the middle canopy. Now we can say about it and its light is in sight. We hear the twitching of a safety end. Conditioned signals. All right? Answer: yes. Again, the signal-etched almost all insurance halyard. Reply-understood. Return. And now, seeing the front of the passing smoothly up the rope, walk 40 yards back to the surface.

A look at the Badi, in fact, as always Olympian calm, a sign of okay, and an indication of the direction of motion. Yes, I understand Okay back. Gradually decreases and the depth we have already seen standing on the ice and Alain Daniel Novakivskogo Garastey. Our group insurance and welfare. We rise, we show that all is well and ask permission to sit down a little under Main. After hitting into the water, so do not want to come out of it. I looked at the computer. The water temperature 4. Dive time 28 minutes, the maximum depth of 15 meters. All right.

But, it’s time to go. Already the sun goes down, and guys are already podmerzli on ice. And gather gear, load the car, barbecue grill and go 50 km. home. I and my team-mate Vladimir Horak faces are so happy that the band just above can already see myself there next to us, under water. And surely say, now would we go. We believe. Of course you go.

But to our regret this day ends. A wonderful day of interesting dive

Things to remember in the midst of the swimming season.

At the beach Astana sank a 30-year-old citizen of China, reports the press service of the MES RK.

Rescuers recovered the body of water after five hours.

According to the World Health Organization, on the water about 450 die every year thousands of people around the world. More than half of all drowning – those aged 20-25 years, and most of them – the people who knew how to swim.

How do you know that a person is drowning?
We’ve learned that people are drowning in movies and noticeably loud – shouting, waving and splashing with his hands. Real life is not so.

In his article in the American Journal of Coast Guard “Coast Guard’s On Scene” PhD Francesco A. Pia described the so-called instinctive reaction of a drowning man. And this reaction is not the way we think, must look like a drowning man behavior.
Drowning man is simply no time to come up so much that he had enough time to breath and cry.

Hands he did not waving: the person instinctively throws his hands in hand to push off from the water and push the body upward. In addition, as the scholar, with an instinctive reaction drowning man can not control the hand movements.

He physiologically unable to stop the instinctive movement and begin to make meaningful – for example, waving his arms, move to the rescuer or cling to life-saving devices.

Certainly, a drowning man might shout and wave my arms – a state of panic, which precedes the instinctive reaction drowning. But the panic may not be buried just quietly go under water.

Sometimes the surest sign that a person is drowning – is that it does not seem to drowning, says U.S. expert on the Coast Guard Mario Vuitton blog gCapitan.

“It may seem that a person simply goes in the water. Do you want to be sure? Ask if everything is in order. If you answer, then, perhaps, the way it is, and if the answer you will only blank look – you have 30 seconds to save the man. ”

Often, people are drowning due to neglect of safety rules. Often would-be swimmers are swimming and diving, where it is prohibited. The saying “do not know the ford, do not go into the water” here is appropriate in the most literal sense: a person can not cope with the flow and to panic – but it is a sure way to the bottom. Or receives a head injury and neck when jumping into the water. Another proverb says that a drunken man in the water – half-drowned.

Drunk man is poorly controlled their movements, poorly focused. In addition, alcohol blocks sosudosuzhayuschy and vasodilator center in the brain.

Even a good swimmer, having too much, may overestimate their own strength, and water is a presumption does not forgive. So that alcohol and swimming are not compatible. Other Pitfalls in the water – this is hypothermia. If a person gets into the water colder than 10 degrees (in a mountain stream, the temperature is quite possible), then begin to act psychological reactions. A person in a state of shock from immersion in cold water slips his breath, he can not control their movements. This shock can be fatal in itself.

Length of stay safe in the water depends on its temperature. But even at 20 degrees more than 2.5 hours in the water people can not survive. The time spent in water increased gradually better with every race.

This popular entertainment today as diving can also be deadly. Many think that the cost to buy a mask and flippers, and they are fully prepared to master the water element. In the meantime, if time does not float and do not refill the oxygen in the body can lose consciousness and die under the water. And with scuba diving and barotrauma can get – from high blood pressure.

Rules of conduct on the water is not so complicated. Because of the seeming insignificance of their often neglected.

Do not swim for the buoys. Behind them can be places with strong currents, there are walking and boat launches. You do not want to please them under the screws? For the same reason you should not swim in the waves coming from the boats, personal watercraft and boats. Swim buoys for more dangerous because you can not calculate their strength. But if this has already happened and you feel fatigue in the distance from the shore, do not get lost and do not try to swim faster to it – so you can only break out of power. At such a moment to relax on the water, turned over on her back and supporting himself on the water with light movements of the hands and feet.

Precautions need to float on air mattresses: the wind can carry them far from shore and the waves – turn.

Swim better in the morning or evening when there is no danger of overheating. The water temperature should be at least 17-19 degrees in the water is recommended not to exceed 20 minutes.

Sharply to enter or jump into the water after prolonged sun exposure is not necessary – with cooling water comes muscle contraction, and this may lead to heart problems.

The rescue of drowning, as is known, the handiwork of drowning. However, our best in this category simply avoid drowning. We must remember that swimming is only safe in well-equipped beaches where all the dangerous places are marked with appropriate signs, and the rest on the water guarding the workers life-saving stations.
