Reef Fishing Charters, Fun for the Whole Family!

Reef Fishing is the perfect water sport for the whole family to enjoy.

The trip begins with a short ride to the reef. Once at a patch reef the anchor is set and chum is deployed into the water to attract fish to the boat. The clear, shallow water will soon begin to look like an aquarium as large schools of fish compete for chum. Steady action is trademark of reef fishing and keeps everyone busy for hours.

Various cut baits are fished on the bottom by anglers to catch yellowtail snapper, hogfish, porgies, grouper, mackerel, jacks, mutton snapper, and many others. Many of the fish on the reef are protected by federal laws and must be a certain size to keep or may not be taken at all. Your Captain will oversee the release of any undersized or protected fish.

All fish kept will be immediately iced and filleted at the dock by your Captain. Most of the restaurants in the Keys will cook your catch for dinner at a modest price, nothing tastes better!
